“Can I Get A Witness” Retreat at Hope Faith Was A HUGE Success!

We just got back from the Hope Faith “Can I Get A Witness” retreat and it was our BIGGEST retreat there ever!  We served 385 individuals 3 awesome meals, ministered and prayed with dozens of folks, many of which wanted to rededicate their lives to Jesus, and received reports of praying the prayer of salvation with 2 new Christians, accepting Jesus as their Lord and King!  As HE always does, God certainly showed up in a HUGE way….PRAISE GOD!!!

Many thanks to all the volunteers and speakers who made this event a success.    We are the hands and feet; today I would say the church truly left the building!

It is so great to see how God is moving through your ministry. I’m very excited! I pray for you daily. God bess you.

Everyone was so thankful and complimentary of the meals especially lunch. One man told me that he heard on the street that lunch was “off the chain” (so he came over). I wasn’t sure what “off the chain” meant, however, he was smiling so it assumed it must be a good thing. This morning I looked up the definition of “off the chain” from the Urban Dictionary. It is:

    1) (Adj.) a great deal of fun
    2) (adj.) very attractive
    3) Da bomb, really good, deliteful.
    4) Something that is fantastic, awesome, and especially extreme can be said to be “off the chain”.

    Kudos to our cooks!
